Once again we are offering multiple distance options to accommodate all levels of participants. The route is the same for each distance - ranging from as little as 5KM to 161KM. Please keep in mind that the full 100-mile distance would not be recommended for beginner riders. This event is NOT a race, it's a charity ride to spread awareness. The group plans to ride at a 25km/hr pace (except for the final leg) to match up with pre-planned meeting points. You can register to do any of five distances (161, 80, 50, 36 or 5 Kms)
Please note this is not an official Bicycle Nova Scotia event and there will be only a limited amount of nutritional items available at the rest stops so please show up prepared with your own food and supplies for whichever distance you plan to ride. We want everyone to ENJOY their ride!
